How do you create a digital tool for Weath Managers, that their clients can use too?
Wealth management for individuals with a minumim of 20+ million will obviously be a personalized experience. So, I set out on interviews with customers, portfolio managers, consultants, and the client stakeholders to understand the core motivations, the way the relationships work, the reality of how, why and when either woulkd check on thier wealth. We uncovered some really incredible insight and unmet needs. Some are displayed here in the onboarding and daily return screens but many are in other decks and formats that I can't share for client confidentiality reasons... but I'd be happy to talk and share what I can in better detail.
